Let me take the claim off your plate.
I work on Texas unclaimed property claims for individuals, estates, trusts, and businesses. My work is especially suited to substantial claims and situations with stocks, several claimants, probate, missing records, or repeated document requests.
What I handle
I review the property and ownership trail, work out what the Comptroller is likely to need, assemble and submit the claim, and manage the follow-up. If the examiner requests more documents, I help resolve the issue and keep you informed. You still provide the records and signatures only you can supply.
What it costs
There is no upfront fee. If the claim is paid, my fee is no more than 10% of the recovered property.
Tell me what you know so far
If you received a letter from me, I have already done preliminary research on your case and can get your claim started right away. I can send you the paperwork to initiate the process via DocuSign or in the mail, whichever you prefer.
If you already filed a claim, let me know the claim number or send me a copy of the claim form you submitted, along with a rundown of what has happened so far or where things stalled, if applicable.
